Meet Coach Michelle!
Michelle is a certified Master Trainer in personal training a nutrition. With over seven years of experience delivering personalized, results-driven training as the Owner and Trainer at Way2Go Fitness, she has worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for clients of all ages, focusing on performance, functional strength, mobility, and overall wellness. The instruction emphasizes proper lifting mechanics, injury prevention, and individualized programming in small-group settings.
Michelle will be running the FitLab at Vitality as the director and lead instructor, prioritizing our gym members. Together, we are dedicated to building a stronger community together!
