Celebrate with an exciting gym/class experience followed by private party room time — we handle the fun, you bring the cake!

Pricing

How much does a birthday party cost?

Our birthday parties start at $350 for a 2-hour celebration.

This includes:

• 90 minutes of gym/class time (or a combination of both)
• 30 minutes in a private party room
• Up to 10 participants

Additional details:

• $10 per additional participant over 10
• Vitality members receive a $50 discount
• 15 minutes of early party room setup is available for $25

How do payments work for parties?
​

• Full payment is required to reserve your party date.
• If you are a current Vitality member, your $50 discount will be applied to your total.
• Additional participant fees and add-ons (such as early setup) will be added to your final balance.

Party Times

When are birthday parties available?

​We host parties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Saturday time slots:

• 2:00–4:00 PM
• 4:00–6:00 PM

Sunday time slot:

• 12:00–2:00 PM
• 2:00–4:00 PM

Cancellations

Can I cancel or receive a refund for my party?

Party deposits and payments are non-refundable once your date has been reserved.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes based on availability.

Food & Decorations

Can we bring our own food and decorations?

​Yes! You are welcome to bring:

• Food
• Cake and desserts
• Decorations

To help us keep our facility clean and safe, we ask:

• No red drinks (to prevent staining)
• No confetti
• No tape or holes in walls

Where can I leave feedback after my party?

​We love hearing from our families!

​A feedback form will be provided after your event so you can share your experience.

Step 3: Once submitted, your party will be officially confirmed and the birthday party fee will be posted to your account.
